about me
i am an herbalist, urban planner, policy advocate, and shadow worker devoted to upholding the wellness and plant medicine culture beyond the mainstream.
i’ve always felt a deep calling in discovering my higher purpose. from a young age, meditation helped me navigate trauma, and as i grew older, plants became my spiritual allies. my search for meaning led me to work in affordable housing and social equity.
in 2017, i wrote my master’s thesis on equitable cannabis policy, and in this advocacy space, i witnessed our ability to heal the wounds of injustice by reconnecting with our culture and ancestral healing practices.
after becoming a mother i rediscovered my deep connection to nature, ritual, and the healing power of herbs. now, as a wounded healer, i feel called to help others remember the wisdom of plant medicine embedded in their spirit.
